Color Library: Winter Wheat

Looking for a pale yellow without too much yellow?  Benjamin Moore’s Winter Wheat (232) is a great option – soft and airy, but not too muted.

Color Library: Platinum Gray (Exterior)

Benjamin Moore’s Platinum Gray (Exterior Ready Mix) makes for a stately exterior.

It’s a classic gray – not to dark, not too light.   I matched it with a dark brown door here, but I think it would look lovely with a black, yellow, red, or navy blue door.

The house (left) and in the slide show below is painted Platinum Gray.  Trim is Acadia White (OC-38).

Color Library: Stonington Gray

Benjamin Moore’s Stonington Gray (HC-170) is a classic gray.  It’s strong but muted enough to be a perfect background.  It leans more blue than brown.

Benjamin Moore offers some great coordinating colors – for nearby rooms or accessories.  I really like the idea of pairing it with a taupe like stampede (979).

Benjamin Moore’s Ivory White (925) is a soft creamy white, almost a pale yellow.  It’s perfect year-round, cozy in the winter and refreshing in the summer.

Color Library: Edgecomb Gray

Check out Benjamin Moore Edgecomb Gray (HC-173).  This color strikes a perfect chord between gray and tan and goes with everything.

Benjamin Moore recommends specific coordinating colors – helpful for nearby rooms or selecting furnishings.

Color Library: Horizon

Benjamin Moore Horizon (1478) is a lovely, soothing pale blue gray.  It’s wonderful for bedrooms or even as a neutral throughout the house.

Benjamin Moore suggests some colors that go well with Horizon – helpful for nearby rooms or accent colors.
