1) Throw away anything you have not used in the past year, unless it has sentimental value.
2) Identify the items you use most and make them easiest to access.
3) Leave some space on shelves. Some openness is calming.
4) Figure out what types and sizes of containers might help and then go buy them. Don’t buy the containers first and try to make them work.
